I am an attorney and a LEED AP that advises clients on the rapidly emerging incentive-based and mandatory regulatory requirements pertaining to green building, including Connecticut's efforts to incorporate LEED principles into its building code. I assist in evaluating and navigating the LEED certification process, including LEED credits, credit interpretation requests and appeals, and the implementation of LEED credit requirements into project development agreements and documentation. I am one of the first attorneys in the state of Connecticut to earn the LEED AP credential.
