Officers
The management team of Grand Central Holdings brings to bear a broad combination of operational, strategic, financing, and entrepreneurial talents to the
challenges involved in building technology-driven and investment-oriented companies:

Warren Haber, Jr., Partner, has been analyzing, directing, and managing private equity investments for the past five years. Most recently, he managed $39 Million of investments for GE Capital's Equity Capital Group in seven venture capital transactions. His investments have included a number of well known technology companies, several of which have completed successful initial public offerings. Prior to his new media focus, Warren analyzed and structured three leveraged buyouts for a firm with $170 Million under management. Earlier in his career, Warren distinguished himself in BankBoston's management development program where he was promoted three times in four years and spent two summers as an Investment Analyst at Allen and Company. Warren received his MBA from the Wharton School of Business where he was an Associate with a regional technology transfer consortium and his BA from Brown University.

Industry Specialists Gabe Levitt, iFinance,
previously spent four years with Securitas Capital, LLC, a global private equity fund with
capital commitments in excess of $500 million from Swiss Reinsurance Company and Credit Suisse
Group. While at Securitas, Gabe evaluated and executed several investments in
insurance and related companies, the fund's primary areas of focus. Gabe
served as a Director of American Credit Indemnity Company, North America's
largest trade credit insurance company, and participated on the Board of
Directors of AssureSat, a startup that provides back-up
restoration services to geo-stationary satellite. Before joining Securitas, Gabe worked as an investment
banker in the Financial Institutions Group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Gabe holds
a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of
Pennsylvania.
S. David Sessions, iFinance,
is an experienced financial service industry operator. Prior to joining Grand Central, David served as a Senior Vice President in the Consumer Financial Group of Bank of America where he
participated in the management of the global transition efforts after the NationsBank merger.
David has participated as an active investor in several start-up companies including an online payment provider and cellular communicaitons reseller.
As a consulting executive, David has managed several operations/data centers and set operations strategy for units of
Federal Express and Fleet Bank. David is a graduate of Brigham Young University in Mechanical Engineering.
Other Professionals Sal Gagliano, Associate,
was most recently an analyst in the Mergers and
Acquisitions group at CIBC World Markets. While at CIBC, Sal worked on a
number of technology M&A transactions, including the $41 billion acquisition
of SDL by JDS Uniphase. Prior to joining CIBC, Sal was an
analyst in the Media and Telecom Investment Banking group at
PricewaterhouseCoopers. Sal is a graduate of Brown University, where he
earned a BS in Applied Mathematics-Economics.
Sean Carmody,
is presently on leave from Harvard College. Previously he co-founded Why.com and was an
analyst at Zilkha & Company, where he assessed venture capital investment opportunities.
Kevin Dailey,
recently completed three years as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan where he worked
on a variety of financial and strategic transactions including a $3.0 Billion merger and
an initial public offering. While completing his BA at Columbia University, Kevin worked full
time in equity research at Prudential Securities where he helped develop a
thesis profiled in national business publications including Barron's. Stacy Jargowsky, Project Coordinator,
founded a venture-backed ecommerce company in the electronics industry and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Ms. Jargowsky earned her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and her bachelor's degree in psychology, communications, and marketing from the University of Miami.
Adam Aron, Public Relations Coordinator & Investment Analyst,
was the former Director Of Investor Relations at Ostex International, a publicly traded medical device company.
Prior to Ostex, he worked as an equity analyst at Parnassus Investments and as a senior account executive with Lippert/Heilshorn & Associates where he advised senior management teams of publicly traded companies on strategic positioning while implementing comprehensive financial communications programs.
Before LHA, he worked as an associate with the Investment Management Consulting group at Montgomery Securities.
Advisory Board
Joseph M. Cohen, Chairman SG Cowen, joined the former Cowen & Company in 1967, became co-managing partner in 1971, and was appointed sole managing partner in 1986.
Under Mr. Cohen's leadership, Cowen & Company attained a global reputation for excellence in research and investment banking and developed into one of the most successful private partnerships on Wall Street.
In July 1998, Cowen & Company was sold to Société Générale, among the seven largest banks in the world.
Mr. Cohen is Director of Citymeals-on-Wheels and the Glaucoma Foundation and is a member of
the Chairman's Council and Business Committee for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Jackson Laboratory Board of Government Trustees, and the Board of Trustees for Independent Curators Incorporated.
